UK Delivery is FREE - WITH NO MINIUM ORDER VALUE! Tabor DVD offer FREE delivery on all items purchased on the site throughout the UK.
We accept orders from outside of the UK. International orders postage rates are £2.95 to Europe and £6.95 to the rest of the world.
Larger toy orders are sent out either by recorded delivery or dispatched by a courier.
All of our DVDs, videos and adult toys are all individually wrapped and are sent in discrete packaging.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the regulations regarding the customs for your country, we do not accept responsibility for any shipments that are detained by customs or for any duties or taxes on deliveries.
Postal / Catalogue orders - Your order will usually arrive within 10 to 14 working days from our receipt of your order. If for any reason the order has not arrived within 21 days, let us know as we guarantee delivery.
Online orders - Online orders should be delivered within 5-7 working days but are normally delivered within 7-10 days.
Occasionally orders do go astray within the postal system so if you don't receive your goods please contact us here
You can be assured that your privacy will be respected and protected. Your name and all enclosed information is kept strictly confidential. Your details will NOT be passed to third parties
Your Statutory rights are not affected.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us, however we only accept goods that are unopened and are still in their original packaging. We will either replace your DVD with an alternative one or give you a credit against a future order.
In the event that your DVD is faulty please return this to our office and we will immediately forward another copy. Please note however that we will not accept DVDs that have fingerprints, grease marks, food stuffs and any other foreign material for credit, as these make the DVD useless! DVDs should always be kept clean.
We ONLY accept goods back that have not been opened (for hygiene reasons). We will give you a credit against future order, or give you a full refund. Should you have a faulty toy please advise us (no need to return item at this time) and we will immediately forward a replacement.
Please be aware, that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any lingerie items sold on the website.

Postal Orders - we accept order by post - please ensure that you include the stock codes and prices for each item.
